According to investigations, Josias invaded the concert hall armed with the intention of killing a man, as he believed that the victim had stolen his helmet. The group ran inside the establishment to take cover, and the shooter followed. As the music venue was already closing for business, the place was practically empty, with only employees remaining. Upon noticing people running and the armed invasion, the owner of the establishment reacted and fired a shot at the invader, who was hit and fled the scene limping. The man, the target of Josias' attack, was shot in the shoulder and taken to the hospital for medical treatment. The Military Police carried out searches shortly after the shooting, located the injured suspect the same morning and carried out the arrest in the act, which culminated in the trial judged this Tuesday (4).
