The new arrest took place after the man stoned the victim's family home, threatened them and damaged her car on Wednesday (5). After the episode, the woman asked for a protective measure against the attacker. Initially, he was detained in the act on Monday afternoon (3), after he broke into the woman's house, attacking her with punches, kicks and a broomstick. Then, he forced her to go out with him to her current boyfriend's house to "get satisfaction". On the way, she made the gesture that symbolizes a call for help, witnesses saw her and stopped to help her and take her to the police, where the man was arrested. On Tuesday (4), however, he was released by the courts at the request of the Public Ministry (MP) after undergoing a custody hearing.
