The case took place in a locksmith shop in Jardim Bandeirantes, in Marília (SP), and the bullet did not hit the victim. According to the police report, the elderly man had tried to kiss the suspect's wife without consent, outside a supermarket in the city, two months earlier. The case was registered as attempted murder and is being investigated by the Civil Police.
