According to city hall, the first incident was recorded on Wednesday afternoon (22), when the victim called the Operational Control Center (CCO) to report that he was followed by the man on a motorcycle while walking down the street. Hours later, the GCM was called again after the victim reported that the suspect was in front of the condominium where she lives, whistling and trying to intimidate her. When the guards arrived, the man had fled. On Thursday (23), the woman informed agents that the suspect had returned to the condominium and tried to maintain contact with her.
