Lorena City Hall announced a special discount for residents. If you have debts relating to IPTU, ISSQN or other municipal debts, due by December 31, 2025, whether registered as active debt or not, take the opportunity to renegotiate and obtain up to 100% amnesty on interest and fines for late payment, until September 30, 2026. This is a great opportunity to regularize your situation and stay up to date with municipal taxes. Interested parties should contact the Taxation Undersecretary, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm. The reduction will only apply to interest and fines, as follows: • 100% reduction in interest and fines: payment of the debt in cash; • 90% reduction in interest and fines: payment of debt in up to 12 installments; • 80% reduction in interest and fines: payment of debt in up to 24 installments; • 70% reduction in interest and fines: payment of debt in up to 36 installments. Observations: • The agreement will only be made and maintained for taxpayers who are up to date with the payment of the 2026 installments; • Agreement installments not paid on the correct date will be subject to a fine and, if repeated three times, will result in cancellation, which would take the case to protest, judicial collection and immediate termination of benefits; • After the agreement is formalized, it will not be possible to renegotiate.
