According to him, one of the agents demanded his physical wallet and said that the document he had on his cell phone had been created by artificial intelligence. "A lieutenant from the Military Police said that it was IA, that he wouldn't accept it, that he wanted the physical document. I said 'I don't have it, because all my documents are here. The case happened on Thursday night (9), on Rua Rio Formoso, in the Ipiranga neighborhood, during a Military Police approach to a client of Marco Antônio. According to the agents, until he was handcuffed, he had not presented himself as a lawyer and the injuries to his face and other parts of his body were caused by a fall. "They left me lying on the sidewalk with my face in pools of blood, ignoring all the prerogatives of a lawyer in his role and at work. I was working", says Marco Antônio. Marco Antônio was released in the early hours of this Friday (10). The report was recorded as contempt, resistance and bodily harm resulting from police intervention. EPTV found that the police officers involved were wearing body cameras at the time of the disturbance. The information was confirmed by the Military Police, but the images were not released. The Brazilian Bar Association said it will demand an analysis of the material so that all the circumstances of the incident are clarified. If aggressions are proven, agents can be punished at criminal and administrative levels.
