According to SSP-MA, Joelson wore an electronic ankle bracelet as per court order. The secretariat did not say why he was being monitored or detail the circumstances of the confrontation. Another suspect involved in the attack was arrested this Sunday afternoon, according to the SSP-MA. His identity and details about his possible participation in the crime were not disclosed. Others involved have already been identified and continue to be sought by security forces.
