After the shots, the suspects fled and, until the last update of this report, remained at large. The Fire Department was called and found the victim lying on the road, with a puncture wound in the abdominal region. The military carried out bleeding control and immobilization procedures at the scene. During transport to the health unit, it was necessary to use oxygen therapy to try to stabilize the patient. Welliton was taken to the hospital alive, but he could not resist the severity of his injuries and died after being admitted to the hospital.
