"The evidence collected in the files, including messages extracted from a cell phone seized as a precautionary measure and expert reports produced by the Scientific Police of Paraná, demonstrated that the selection processes were structured in successive and articulated stages to guarantee the hiring of the mayor's aunt", informed the TJPR. The aunt's registration was the only one approved and approved. After the first notice was published, with a registration deadline of one week, the aunt sent messages to her niece questioning the value of the proposed remuneration.
