"A family bond was built with the patients. He knows everyone by name. When they meet him, it's as if he were family," said nurse Lívia Moura, who worked with the doctor. Service beyond the office According to Livia, the relationship between Thiago and the residents was built over the four years he worked in the rural community. "Working with the doctor was a turning point in my professional life. In addition to being an excellent doctor, he is a wonderful human being. When I joined, he helped me a lot, understood my desires for my first job and taught me a lot." She also highlighted the care that the doctor took with the unit's team. "At the unit, he always made a point of us getting together after work, after extended care, to have a snack together.
