Failure in the overhead network leaves trains on Line 12-Safira slower this Friday Pedro Garcia/TV Diário A failure in the overhead network on Line 12-Safira caused slow train circulation this Friday afternoon (31). According to the Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM), at around 3pm the operation was still in the process of normalization. The company informed that, to allow maintenance teams to work, trains run at reduced speed and remain stopped for longer between Itaim Paulista and Calmon Viana stations. Between 1:50 pm and 2:20 pm, the trains began to run on a single track between the Itaim Paulista and Engenheiro Manoel Feio stations. This report is being updated. Watch more news about Alto Tietê
