The Haikai pre-sale event moved Londrina by opening the doors of the decorated apartment. Customers already enchanted with the project were able to experience a little of life in the project and get to know the different unit options up close. Signed by recognized names in contemporary architecture, Haikai brings together landscaping by Alex Hanazaki, lighting by LD Studio, interiors by LW Design Group and architecture by Studio Ronaldo Rezende. The composition caught the attention of visitors, who had their first contact with the atmosphere of the project in the decorated apartment, developed by LW Design Group. Located on the corner of streets Ulrico Zuinglio and Eurico Hummig, one block from Avenida Ayrton Senna, the development has landscaping as its protagonist. More than half of the area is dedicated to contact with nature. The apartments are 133 and 147 square meters, with two or three suites. Transformation of the urban landscape According to Rodolfo Sugeta, superintendent of Plaenge in Londrina, the event represents an important moment for the company and for the development of the project. "The Haikai pre-launch event is an achievement for the company, our team and our clients. It is a project that we have developed over several years, with the participation of renowned professionals in areas such as architecture, landscaping and lighting. It is a celebration of everything we have planned", he states. Rodolfo Sugeta. Disclosure/Gabriel Teixeira.
