He also forced the boys to watch pornographic content in his house.

Conviction Judge Fabiana Moura Wild considered the materiality and authorship of the crimes proven based on the testimonies of the victims, parents, the responsible police officer and material evidence, such as the seized weapon. The defense claimed a lack of physical evidence in the forensic examinations, but the judge applied the understanding of the Superior Court of Justice: in sexual crimes committed in hiding, the victim's word has special value when confirmed by other elements. In an excerpt from the decision, the judge highlighted: "During the specialized interview, the child, demonstrating clear emotional distress, reported that the accused used serious threats to guarantee impunity. The victim categorically stated that the defendant 'wanted to drown us and wanted to kill us'." Aggravating factors such as premeditation, the use of violence and threats, the condition of family authority and the psychological consequences of the victims, who presented anxiety, sleep disorders and childhood depression, were considered. The sentence also determined payment of minimum compensation of 40 minimum wages, divided between the two boys. The defendant will not be able to appeal freely and will remain in preventive detention, due to the risk to the integrity of the victims and the community.
