The victims were identified by family members as Wemenson de Oliveira Silva, aged 33, and Natanael Santana Meneses, aged 22. One of the motorcyclists died at the scene of the impact. The other was treated by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) and was taken to a hospital, but he did not survive his injuries.
