The warrant was issued on Friday night (17) and forwarded to the Federal Police. The process is being processed under secrecy, and the STF did not disclose the content of the decision or the reasons that led to the adoption of the measure. According to information obtained by g1, Cutrim arrived at the Federal Police headquarters around 6pm and entered through the back of the building. He left the scene wearing an electronic ankle bracelet and was taken to the residence where he will serve house arrest. Also on Monday (20), a fire broke out in a construction materials warehouse on Saturday night (18), in Pedreiras, in the Médio Mearim region. According to the Maranhão Civil Police (PC-MA), Luis Paulo was driving the vehicle that hit Anayldes on the morning of July 9, on MA-203, known as Estrada da Raposa. According to the investigation, he parked the car in front of a bakery and got out of the car, leaving the engine running, the gearbox in neutral and the handbrake not properly activated.
