With the decision, the election and inauguration of the Deliberative Council for the 2025/2026 biennium, the election of the presidency, the constitution of the Fiscal Council and the formation of the board resulting from the electoral process held in December of last year are annulled. The sentence determines that the new election be held in accordance with the club's statutes. Among the requirements are compliance with the minimum deadline for registration of tickets, wide publicity of the call, publication of the list of members eligible to vote, a minimum interval of one hour between the first and second call for the meeting and control of voters and ballots. Despite the annulment, the current board of directors will provisionally remain in the club's administration until the new election is held, limited to the practice of ordinary management acts. Managers are prohibited from adopting extraordinary measures, such as changing the statute, selling or encumbering assets and assuming long-term obligations. The decision takes effect immediately, but it is still possible to appeal. The Court also determined that the Civil Registry of Legal Entities be communicated to record the existence of the court decision. In the same ruling, the judge rejected the claim for compensation for moral damages presented by the defendants against the plaintiffs and ordered the defendants to pay court costs and legal fees. In a note, the current president responded that he has not yet met to define the situation, but that he will comply with all court orders.
