"At the time, it didn't occur to me what it was or what it could be. This is because no one imagines receiving this type of attack: a criminal act of violence, marked by the cruelty and cowardice of using the life of an animal as a threat to my mandate and my office", he further declared. The councilor registered a police report at the Novo Hamburgo police station. The box was handed over to the Civil Police and the animal's body was collected.
