Measles alert Measles: g1 explains what the disease is, its symptoms, how to prevent it and treatment. The number of measles cases in the state of SP generated a state alert for vaccination coverage against the disease. The MMR vaccine protects against measles, mumps and rubella. For children aged 6 to 11 months and 29 days, the application is considered “zero dose” and does not replace the doses provided for in the National Vaccination Calendar at 12 and 15 months. Preliminary data from 2026 from the State Department of Health (SES-SP) indicate coverage of 77.5% for the first dose and 65.5% for the second dose of the triple virus in the state. The target established by the Ministry of Health is 95% for each dose. See more news from the region on g1 Sorocaba and Jundiaí VIDEOS: watch reports from TV TEM
