He shows holes and demands action from the city hall. The video is 41 seconds long and shows the situation on the street. The father, Gemilton Soares, said he was surprised by the recording. He said his son often makes videos and has complained about the street on other occasions. This time, the motivation was the difficulty riding a bicycle. "He had already made other videos, but this one took me by surprise. He has a bicycle and, as the street is full of holes, he can't ride in front of the house because he runs the risk of falling," said Gemilton. On vacation, Lucas spends more time at home. With the street in precarious conditions, leisure is limited. Lucas sent the video to reporter Girlene Duarte, from Rede Amazônica in Oiapoque. "Hey, mayor, look at this street. I said I was going to fix it, but there are holes everywhere. It's not working," says Lucas in the video. Gemilton, his father, lived in Calçoene, a neighboring city, but moved to Oiapoque in 2009 because of work.
