"We already had this option on the menu, but there weren't many options. Then we decided to add marrow, and business exploded. Sometimes it's even difficult to find, but all pizzas come with marrow", said Robson, explaining how the idea that boosted sales came about. As of this Monday (13), the video had accumulated around 6,000 likes and generated hundreds of comments. While some internet users praised the creativity of the recipe, others joked about the quantity of ingredients. There were also those who joked about the amount of fat present in marrow. “Pizza with a heart attack flavor,” commented another user. The pizza is part of the "different" recipes published by the pizzeria on social media. The establishment's profile includes other videos that also went viral showing pizzas and snacks with large quantities of ingredients, such as cheese, chocolate and different types of meat. Chambari is one of the most traditional dishes in Tocantins cuisine. Prepared with beef muscle and bone with marrow, it is normally served with rice, flour, cassava and green scent, and is a frequent presence in restaurants in the capital and in the interior of the state. From regional tradition to gastronomic heritage Chambari gained official recognition in 2017, when the Legislative Assembly of Tocantins approved Law No. 3,253, which declared it Cultural and Gastronomic Heritage of the State alongside buchada and paçoca de carne seca.
