The judge also ordered the immediate issuance of the counter-arrest warrant in favor of Celso Tavares and, if he was arrested before the warrant was issued, a release permit would be issued, as long as he was not arrested for another reason. The decision highlights, however, that the revocation of the arrest does not automatically extend to former employee Anderson Santos de Castro, temporarily arrested on suspicion of participation in the crime.
