According to EPT, the vehicle belongs to the contracted company responsible for operating the E20 line in the Zero Tariff System. The company also informed that it monitors the operation and monitors compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, requiring operators to comply with technical standards and obligations set out in the contract.
