The expected workload is 40 hours per week, with a starting salary of R$1,842.55, plus a life risk premium equivalent to 100% of the salary. According to SEMSC, the competition will have eight eliminatory stages until the completion of the selection process.

These include medical expertise, social investigation, the Physical Fitness Test (TAF) and medical and toxicological examinations. Candidates with disabilities were called for medical examination through a list published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality. The call for the Physical Aptitude Test is scheduled for September.
