During the process, he confessed to having caused the injuries to the victim, but stated that he had reacted to a previous attack. He also denied making threats. Defense witnesses, including his mother and another woman, were interviewed throughout the hearing. The victim is Kelly Soares, 45 years old, psychologist and communicator. After Vinícius's preventive arrest and the publication of new reports from women, she decided to make her own story public. "I'm another victim of Vinícius Roig da Silva. But I'm not a recent victim.
