Registration for the Flisolzinha Prize for Children's Literature is extended until July 30th The Colibri Institute has extended registration for the 2nd FliSolzinha Prize for Children's Literature in Araraquara (SP), until July 30th and expanded the call for writers from across the State of São Paulo. Previously it was exclusive to authors from the city. ? Registration closes at 11:59 pm on the 30th and up to two unpublished works per participant will be accepted. Prize The winning book will be published by Editora Ópera and will have an official launch during the Morada do Sol Literary Festival (FliSol), scheduled for November 2026. The author will also participate in a discussion panel on children's literature at the event. The winner of Araraquara will have their work published by Editora Ópera and will receive 100 copies of the book. The winner from another city in the State of São Paulo will also win 100 copies of the publication, in addition to a stipend for travel to Araraquara. The awards ceremony and the official launch of the publications are scheduled for November 15th, during the FliSol program, at Teatro Municipal de Araraquara. According to the notice, works that present pejorative, discriminatory content or that promote hatred and any form of prejudice will be disqualified. The regulations, selection criteria and documents required for registration are available on the FliSol website.
