According to the director, the expectation is that the toll plazas will be demolished by the end of the year, if the dynamic train tests have positive results. Raquel states that the removal of the cabins will eliminate one of the main bottlenecks in the Anchieta-Imigrantes System. According to her, the mere existence of the plazas reduces the highway's capacity by around 15%, as drivers need to brake to pay the toll and accelerate again.
