The session was scheduled for November 18, 2026, at 10 am, at the 1st Criminal Court of the Jury Court, in the Campos dos Goytacazes Forum. The new date was defined after the judges of the 6th Criminal Chamber of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro (TJ-RJ) annulled the trial held in July 2021.
