The list was sent to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and will be used by the Electoral Court as one of the bases for analyzing requests for registration of candidacy in the 2026 elections. The list was delivered this week by the president of the TCU, minister Vital do Rêgo, to the president of the TSE, minister Kassio Nunes Marques. Across the country, the document brings together more than 6,100 people responsible for irregularities identified in final court decisions. In Amazonas, the 205 names appear related to 453 processes with accounts considered irregular by the TCU. One of the criteria provided for in the legislation is the rejection of accounts due to an irregularity considered serious and involving an intentional act of administrative improbity, when there is a definitive decision from the competent body. According to the TCU, the list will be updated daily until December 18, the date of the diploma of the elected candidates. During this period, names may be included or removed from the list following analysis of appeals or new court decisions. TCE-AM In addition to the TCU list, the Court of Auditors of the State of Amazonas (TCE-AM) must also forward, next week, to the Regional Electoral Court of Amazonas (TRE-AM) the list of managers with accounts deemed irregular at the state level. The document will also be used as support by the Electoral Court during the analysis of candidacy records in the state.
