Saeb is applied every two years to measure the performance of basic education students. At this level, students still have difficulty locating information in more complex texts, identifying the purpose of technical documents, recognizing the main theme of a chronicle and comparing different opinions on the same subject. Level of state networks in Saeb - Portuguese Art/g1 In Mathematics, the state was also at level 2. Students are able to solve operations and interpret basic content. However, they still have difficulties in analyzing second degree functions, solving proportionality problems, such as the rule of three, and calculating adjustments with percentage increases or discounts. The states with the best performance were classified at level 3. In this range, students have already mastered these skills, but still encounter difficulties in more advanced content, such as systems of equations, probability and counting problems. Best result in the Ideb historical series Despite the challenges highlighted by Saeb, Amazonas recorded the best result in the historical series of the Basic Education Development Index, according to the Ministry of Education. Ideb combines Saeb grades with students' pass rates and varies on a scale of 1 to 10. The indicator seeks to evaluate the quality of education considering both learning and students' permanence and progression at school. The data presented refers to public education networks and does not consider professional and technical education.
