Águas de Manaus Mutirão restores streets in more than 50 neighborhoods Disclosure/Águas de Manaus The asphalt recovery task force carried out by Águas de Manaus continues at an intense pace in all areas of the city. Since the beginning of the joint effort, more than 1,300 tons of asphalt have already been applied, benefiting more than 50 neighborhoods. The operation is carried out on two fronts, one focused on restoring the pavement in areas where the concessionaire carried out works to implement the sewage network. The other front is intended for locations that have undergone emergency maintenance. On the roads that received sewage works, more than 30 kilometers of pavement have already been restored. To ensure greater efficiency in scheduling services, the concessionaire uses a mapping system carried out with the support of a vehicle equipped with cameras and sensors, which covers the areas recently covered by the works. The daily schedule of neighborhoods visited by the task force is published on the Águas de Manaus website. Among the points visited in the last week are streets in Cidade Nova, Aparecida, Coroado, Novo Aleixo, Parque 10 and Cidade de Deus. Any situation related to this topic must be reported immediately to the dealership via the customer service channels: 0800 092 0195 (WhatsApp and SAC). "It's a complex job, which involves more than 110 employees from the concessionaire. Our priority is to ensure that all roads receive adequate restoration after interventions. If we identify or are called upon for any need for adjustment, our teams return to the site to carry out the necessary repairs", reinforces the Services Manager at Águas de Manaus, Wendel Sousa. More than 1,300 tons of asphalt have already been applied since the start of action.
