Man dies after being stabbed by his daughter in Umuarama A 14-year-old teenager stabbed her father to death. The case took place in Umuarama, in the Northwest of Paraná, on Monday (13). According to the Civil Police (PC-PR), before her death, the young woman tried to defend her mother during a fight between the couple and was attacked by her father with a punch in the mouth. Soon after, the man and his daughter fought again and, during the argument, she stabbed him. ? The young woman was taken with her mother to the police station, where she gave a statement and was released. She will respond for an infraction analogous to bodily injury followed by death. According to the deputy, he then left the house, but returned to collect personal items. "At that moment, a new argument began between him and the teenager. During this second disagreement, the teenager took possession of a knife and struck a single blow to the victim's dorsal region, causing injuries that culminated in his death", explained the delegate. During the situation, the teenager's mother said that she had gone out to take out the trash in front of the house and did not witness the stabbing. According to the PM, a police officer was passing by the street of the house when the incident happened, saw the young woman running and provided first assistance. The delegate explained that there is evidence that the man had a history of violent behavior towards his wife. She said she had been attacked on other occasions, but had not yet formally reported it to the police.
