Born in Hong Kong, Wai Ching Ho studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Throughout his career, Wai Ching Ho participated in dozens of films, soap operas and stages. His film debut was in "Um Conquistador em Apuros" (1990), a comedy in which he starred alongside Robin Williams. The actress stood out as the powerful crime boss Madame Gao in Daredevil (2015). She also returned with the character in Iron Fist (2017) and The Defenders (2017). On her resume, the actress also voiced Grandma Wu in the animation "Red: Growing Up is a Beast" and made appearances in "Lei & Ordem", "Only Murders in the Building", among other works.
