Zé Felipe joined the wave of indignation after Brazil's elimination from the 2026 World Cup and ended up becoming a topic on social media. The country singer reacted to a publication that showed Vini Jr. greeting Erling Haaland shortly after Brazil's defeat to Norway.

The scene bothered the artist, who left a direct comment on the post shared by the Choquei profile on Instagram.

“Take it ass. Greet my whip”, wrote Zé Felipe.

The phrase quickly went viral and generated a series of good-natured reactions among internet users. “What’s that, Zé?” commented a follower. “I’m feeling sick,” wrote another.

Hours later, the singer spoke again in Instagram stories. Still angry about the elimination, he defended that Brazilians value the history of the Seleção more and compared Brazil's weight in football to that of other teams.

"Argentina has three World Cups, we have five. They snore much more than us, we are very good", he stated.

Zé Felipe also criticized the Norwegians' stance after qualifying and directed comments at Haaland, scorer of two goals in the 2-1 victory.

"Then one of these guys comes and takes away from us, who never won anything, and he gets big. The guy's girlfriend there: 'Today there's going to be rowing'. What's a row, my brother? He's going to go on a jet ski. You can't, you can't", he said.

Afterwards, the singer encouraged Brazilian fans to go to the Norwegian striker's social networks to remember the trajectory of the Brazilian team.

"Brazilian, explain to these people what Brazil is. Send them a little bit of our country's football trajectory: the players, the titles", he said, while marking Haaland's official profile.

The countryman reinforced that defeat is part of football, but argued that Brazil should not accept elimination with their heads down.

“Losing can happen, but with your head down, no,” he added.

The defeat to Norway ended Brazil's campaign in the round of 16 of the World Cup and provoked a flood of comments from fans and celebrities on social media.
