According to information from the State Highway Police Command (CPRE), the young man was in an app car when the vehicle hit an animal that was on the RN-118 road. The accident happened during the journey to the artist's farewell ceremony, who died on Thursday (2), aged 42.
After the collision, Neto Araújo's son was rescued and taken to a hospital located in Alto do Rodrigues, where he received medical care and underwent a clinical evaluation. According to information released by g1, despite the scare, he did not suffer serious injuries.

After receiving the necessary care, the young man was released by the medical team and was able to resume the trip to take part in the tributes to his father.

Neto Araújo was part of the band Cavaleiros do Forró and, later, took over the vocals of the band Collo de Menina, becoming a well-known name in the local music scene. Family, friends and admirers participate in the artist's farewell.
