The Ukrainian leader called for “firm decisions” at the NATO summit, which begins this Tuesday in Ankara, to ensure that Ukraine can defend itself. “As long as Patriot missiles remain in our allies’ stockpiles, Russia will only feel emboldened to continue destroying residential buildings,” Zelenskiy said on X. “The US and Europe have the power to stop this terror.” As rescue operations continued into the morning, emergency teams searched for residents in buildings destroyed by the overnight bombing.
