In the 1st round, Lula has 41% and Flávio Bolsonaro has 37%, in a technical tie, points out BTG/Nexus

The intention to vote for Lula fluctuated negatively by one percentage point in relation to the previous survey, released on July 27, when the PT member registered 42%. Flávio Bolsonaro, on the other hand, advanced four percentage points, going from 33% to 37%.

In the previous survey, Lula had a nine percentage point advantage over Flávio in the first round. In the survey released this Monday, the difference fell to four points.

The former governor of Goiás Ronaldo Caiado (PSD) appears in third place, with 5%, technically tied with the activist Renan Santos (Missão), who has 4%, and with the former governor of Minas Gerais Romeu Zema (Novo), with 3%.

White, null or voters who would not choose any candidate make up 4%. Another 3% were unable to answer.

Nexus interviewed, by telephone, 2,002 people aged 16 and over, between July 31st and August 2nd. The margin of error is two percentage points, plus or minus, with a 95% confidence level. The research is registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under code BR-02874/2026.
