When responding to comments from internet users on social media, she denied that she was fired for passing on information to the press and stated that she always kept confidential what she witnessed while working for the Poncios in Rio.

RIO DE JANEIRO, RJ (FOLHAPRESS) - Days after the arrest of pastor Márcio Poncio on suspicion of involvement in a money laundering scheme, the family's former nanny, Cyntia Cyndel, spoke again about her time in the house...
"I didn't leave because of gossip, I never leaked anything. I know so many things that the media doesn't know. Precisely for that reason, they are sure that it wasn't me who passed on information. I am professional and I have character", he declared.
Cyntia, who has lived in Fortaleza since the end of last year, gained notoriety on social media while working as the family's nanny until 2020, also refuted rumors about the salary she received. According to her, the information that she earned R$10,000 per month is false.
"Do you really think that, if I had earned all this, I wouldn't have at least bought a house or a car? I paid rent, even though I lived in their apartment. When I traveled for work, I didn't receive R$1 more. I never received any extra money," he said.
The influencer also said that all the money received was the result of her own work and again asked internet users to stop fueling speculation about her leaving the Poncio residence.
The outburst occurred a few days after the arrest of Márcio Poncio. The pastor and businessman was one of the targets of the fifth phase of Operation Unha e Carne, launched by the Federal Police in Rio de Janeiro.
The investigation investigates an alleged scheme to leak confidential information about police operations to members of Comando Vermelho and suspicions of money laundering attributed to the game's top brass and possible ramification of the scheme among members of Rio's Executive and Legislative branches.
