According to the State Civil Police, Ardito allegedly chased the victim and fired several shots at the vehicle of a 48-year-old man after a traffic dispute, last Friday, the 31st. The victim's health status was not disclosed.
At his home, 11 registered weapons were seized, as well as ammunition and electronic devices, police said. CAC, according to Civil Defense, is a registration concession given to Brazilian citizens to acquire, store and only use firearms for sporting or hunting purposes.
"The forensic investigation was called in, and the case was registered with the 2nd Police District of Americana, which continues with efforts to clarify the facts," said the police.
