Festival Zero 92 launches competition for looks inspired by the Flag of Amazonas The second edition of Festival Zero 92 will be held this Saturday (25), which features a new competition for looks inspired by the Flag of Amazonas. The event will be held from 5pm, at Mercado de Origem da Amazônia. The competition for looks is one of the highlights of the program. Participants must create original productions based on the colors and elements of the flag. The winner receives a prize of R$600 via Pix and a bucket of beer. According to singer Márcia Novo, creator of the festival, the objective is to enhance the state's cultural identity. "The proposal is to encourage Amazonians to wear our flag with pride. We want to strengthen the feeling of belonging to our culture", he states. ? The musical program includes shows by Márcia Novo, from the band Água Cristalina with the participation of Vanessa Alfaia, as well as a tribute to Mustafá Said and Abílio Farias with the Banda do Municipal. Also performing are the group “Maria Vai com as Others”, Sisi Rolim, Raízes Caboclas and DJs Evandro Jr. and Raidi Rebello. Another highlight is the participation of Suraras do Tapajós, an indigenous female group from Santarém (PA), which brings to the stage the strength of music and the ancestry of the original peoples. The presence reinforces cultural exchange between Amazonas and Pará and the leading role of indigenous women. Created by Márcia Novo, the Zero 92 Festival was born with the purpose of placing Amazonian culture at the center of the experience, uniting music, art and the occupation of urban spaces. In its first edition, in 2025, the event brought together more than 12 thousand people and established itself as a platform for promoting local artists.
