Shows for 72 years of Volta Redonda Divulgação/Secom/PMVR The Municipality of Volta Redonda (RJ) released the program of shows in celebration of the 72 years of emancipation of the municipality, celebrated on July 17th. The presentations will be held between the 15th and 19th of July, at Praça Brasil, in Vila Santa Cecília, with free entry. The program brings together artists from different musical styles and is promoted by the city hall in partnership with Sesc and Sicomércio (Retail Trade Union). The expectation is to attract thousands of people from Volta Redonda and cities in the region. On Wednesday (16), singer Gaby Amarantos presents the "Rock Doido Tour", based on the album released in 2025. Videos trending on g1 On the city's anniversary, Thursday (17), samba artist Pretinho da Serrinha will be the main attraction of the night. On Friday (18), the singer Fernanda Abreu, known for hits such as "Rio 40 Graus" and "Kátia Flávia", will perform. Closing the program, on Saturday (19), Father Fábio de Melo takes the stage with a repertoire of religious songs that marked his career.
