Woman in a wheelchair falls from the third floor after collapse in Governador Valadares A woman in a wheelchair was injured after the partial collapse of a building this Sunday morning (19), in the Jardim Pérola neighborhood, in Governador Valadares. The scene was recorded by residents and shows the moment the woman falls from the third floor of the building (see the video above). In the images, it is possible to see the woman falling directly from the third floor onto the rubble formed by the collapse. After the fall, she is rescued by residents and then by rescue teams. According to the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), the victim suffered a fractured femur. ? In addition to the wheelchair user, a man aged approximately 50 was partially buried and was removed from the rubble by firefighters. A third victim, a woman who tried to help people affected by the collapse, was also injured. The Fire Department was called at around 9am. Four sniffer dogs were deployed to check if there were other people under the rubble. After a sweep of the entire area, the animals did not indicate the presence of new victims. He remained partially trapped under the rubble, with part of his head under a masonry structure, until he was removed by teams. The three victims were rescued alive and taken to the hospital.
