What the Court decided In the action, Renato asks the Court to recognize the existence of the company, divide the values ??and investigate the group's assets. He also maintains that he directly managed the properties, while the other two members were responsible for the financial and documentary aspects of the business. In an initial decision, judge Rodrigo da Silva Perez Araujo understood that the documents presented by Renato indicate, in a preliminary analysis, the existence of a business relationship between those involved. Among the elements analyzed are contracts for the purchase and sale of rural properties and documents that indicate the acquisition and joint administration of properties. The judge highlighted, however, that the definitive definition of the existence of the company will depend on the production of evidence throughout the process. When analyzing the urgent requests made by Renato, the judge denied the blocking of bank accounts, vehicles and properties, in addition to rejecting the request for him to take over the administration of the farms. In the decision, the judge stated that he did not find sufficient evidence of an immediate risk to the assets or that the defendants were making a future division of the assets impossible. It also noted that credit and financing operations are common practices in agricultural activities and, at that time, did not demonstrate irregularities. On the other hand, the Court ordered the inclusion of notices in the license plates of four rural properties informing that they are the subject of legal dispute. The measure covers the Catarina, Semper Verde, Arara Preta farms and Lot 8 of the Buriti Farm. The objective is to publicize the process and alert any interested parties about the existence of the action. The judge highlighted that the measure does not prevent the economic exploitation of the areas nor prevent future negotiations, but it guarantees transparency about the controversy involving the properties. Purchase of the area led Alexandre Pires to the lawsuit After the sale of Lot 8 of Fazenda Buriti, Alexandre Pires became part of the legal action. According to the decision of June 22, the singer's participation in the process is necessary because any decision on the validity of the negotiation could directly affect the property he acquired. In the records, Renato also requested the annulment of the sale in relation to the portion that he claims corresponds to his participation in the business. The magistrate ordered the legal notice to remain on the property registration, now registered in the singer's name.
