Three suspects of torturing a man with a machete after reporting to the police are arrested in Sertão da PB Civil Police of Paraíba A woman and two men were arrested on suspicion of torturing and threatening a man after suspecting that the victim had reported the activities of the criminal group to the police. According to the Civil Police, the torture session was filmed by the suspects themselves. During the attacks, the victim fainted due to the intensity of the violence. Investigators reported that the suspects used a machete to cut the victim's ear, in addition to causing injuries to his back, abdomen, arms and legs. The three suspects were arrested red-handed on Thursday (16). After the custody hearings, the Court converted the arrests into preventive ones. The two women will be taken to the Patos Women's Prison, also in Sertão, while the man will be taken to the Princesa Isabel Public Prison.
