The court's decision was motivated by signs of irregularities in previous financing. The new owner of the car claims not to have been informed about this previous issue. She said she paid R$25,000 down payment and also delivered another car as part of the deal with a store. I spent years saving money, I saved some money, so I could have a good car, a comfortable car, to give my daughter a better life, then, out of nowhere, they arrive with paper, call the police and simply take your car key and take it away", said the woman.
