According to the organizing entities, the partnership provides for a continuous training program for businesspeople, with the aim of strengthening the management of local companies, stimulating the growth of small and medium-sized businesses and contributing to the economic development of the municipality. According to the president of Sincomércio Teresópolis, Igor Edelstein, investing in the training of entrepreneurs is a strategy to strengthen the business environment. "The strengthening of companies necessarily involves the qualification of entrepreneurs. We are convinced that practical management tools help entrepreneurs face challenges, identify opportunities and grow in a sustainable way", he stated. The president of Aciat, Pedro Alves, said that the partnership was motivated by the results previously obtained with the methodology applied by IDEBRASIL. "Efficient management makes a difference in any company. We want to bring entrepreneurs closer to knowledge that can be applied on a daily basis and generate concrete results for business and the economy of Teresópolis", he highlighted. Founded in 1999 by Elton Petterle, IDEBRASIL operates in the development of small and medium-sized companies and reports having already served more than 55 thousand entrepreneurs in 23 Brazilian states through training and business development programs. For the institution's CEO, Léo Navarro, improving business management generates impacts that go beyond companies. "When the entrepreneur evolves his management, the entire company evolves together. More organized companies become more competitive, generate more jobs, produce more wealth and help build a stronger economy. This is the essence of the Partnership for Development Program," he stated. After the lecture, interested participants will be able to sign up for CDE Imersão, IDEBRASIL's training program scheduled to start on July 27th. The course will cover topics such as financial management, economic management and strategies for business development.
