According to information from the Military Police, the shooting was accidental. The teenager was in his father's workshop, in Vila Mariana, north of the city, and took a 38 caliber revolver, which was stored. While handling the weapon, he ended up being shot in the leg. Inside the father's vehicle, which was in front of the company, the 38 revolver used in the shooting, a 32 revolver and a BB gun were found. All weapons were numbered, but unregistered.
