Measures determined by the Court The Court ordered the immediate removal of the investigated person from professional activities and prohibited him from working in any educational institution. He will also not be able to approach schools and sports fields or maintain contact with victims, family members and witnesses through any means of communication. In the decision, the judge considered that there is sufficient evidence of materiality and authorship, in addition to the risk of repetition of the conduct. According to the decision, the person being investigated had taken advantage of his position of authority in the school environment to carry out the acts investigated.
