Disclosure The 2026 Summer Festival starts this Saturday (25th), at Praia do Caripi, in Barcarena, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, with a program of free shows starting at 7pm. Local and national artists take to the stage set up on the beach to entertain the public during several days of the event. Among the highlights of this edition are singers Alexandre Pires and Claudia Leitte, as well as regional musicians who perform every night. ? Click and follow the g1 PA channel on WhatsApp The program is organized by the Municipal Secretariat of Culture and Tourism (Secult), of Barcarena City Hall. ? Shows and attractions The program brings together different musical styles and names known to the public, with performances spread over the five days of the event. During the festival, municipal bodies and security forces will act in an integrated manner to ensure the tranquility of participants. The Municipal Health Department will maintain a service point on site. Teams from the Fire Department, Civil and Military Police, as well as private security will also be present. Civil Defense, the Municipal Traffic Department (Demutran) and the Inspection Group will control access to the beach, with support from security forces, to prevent the entry of prohibited objects, such as glass bottles and weapons. The Municipal Department of Social Assistance will promote awareness-raising activities on the protection of children and the elderly, in addition to actions to combat violence against women and encourage respect for women's rights. ?
