Another change occurred at the Amazonas Television and Radio Culture Foundation (Funtec), responsible for the Encontro das Águas Communication System. Journalist Lúcia Cordeiro Pereira assumed the presidency of the foundation in place of Oswaldo Jodas Lopes Filho, who had held the position since 2019.
