Select “Request withdrawal”; Click on “Public calamity”; Carry out the security procedure, providing login and password, if necessary; Read about the conditions and documents required for withdrawal and click on “Request Withdrawal”; Enter the name of the municipality and select it from the list; Select the type of proof of address and enter the zip code and residence number; Choose one of the options to receive your FGTS: credit to a bank account at any institution or withdrawal in person; Send the following documents: identity document and proof of residence in the worker's name, issued up to 120 days before the calamity is declared; Take a photo of your face holding your identification document; Check the attached documents and confirm.
